    Yasmin sister what do you think of mental health illness and medicines? You have done psychology and there is noone to ask about these things from Islamic perspective

      My personal opinion is that I am very against those medications. They have many harmful side affects and sometimes make the problem worse. If at all possible, I advise staying away from them and opting for natural treatments, exercise, diet, and a lot of athkar. And Allah knows best.
